Cavendish Ltd Write to us

Built to fit the way you already work.

Our products suit many small businesses as they are. When yours needs something different, we build it: AI set up around your own jobs, your own tools, and your own rules, with the know-how to run it afterwards. Each engagement is scoped and priced on its own.

The kind of work

  • A copy of Cavendish taught your trade. Your vocabulary, your price list, and your own rules about what it may do by itself and what it must ask about first.
  • One job, done by software. The task that eats your evenings: quotes from site photos, the follow-ups that never got sent, the weekly report nobody has time to write.
  • Your tools, talking to each other. The scheduling app, the card reader, the inbox, the spreadsheet: connected, so a thing typed once is typed once.
  • Know-how as well as software. Which AI tools are worth your money, which are not, and how to use the ones you keep without handing over what is private.

How an engagement goes

  1. First, a conversation. You describe the work as you do it now, and we ask the questions. If software is not the answer, we say so.
  2. Then, a written scope and its price. What will be built, what it will and will not do, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you say yes to it.
  3. Next, the build. You see the work as it takes shape, and it changes as you look at it.
  4. Finally, handover. It runs in your own accounts, on your own server where one is needed, with plain instructions and someone to ask.

Priced per engagement.

Each piece of work is priced on its scope and its difficulty, and you have the figure in writing before you decide. There is no list price, because no two engagements are alike.

The same rules apply.

Whatever we build for you is held to what our products are held to: every figure traceable, never more access to your money than the job needs, your data in your own hands, and plain language throughout. Work built on Cavendish inherits its rule that anything which sends or spends is read back first.
